WISER Retreats
The most popular retreat experiences are often less about luxury and more about workshops, emotional healing, expanding awareness or knowledge, and connecting with each other, our inner nature and the natural world, often with just a touch of luxury added.
The retreat experience typically includes attending a combination of sessions. Some sessions are specific, such as writing, meditation, art, and other interesting topics for inner growth or self-awareness. Alongside these sessions, there may be opportunities for healing or spiritual sessions focusing on energy, such as massage, Reiki, energy healing, sound bath, and other modalities.
Some type of physical activity is often included to balance the mental/emotional sessions. This may be yoga or other movement for strength and fitness, or hiking and nature walks that provide a connection to the outdoors and natural environment.
Another direction could encompass cozy cabins in the woods with yoga, wine, and good food. It is less about “doing” and more about resting with a supportive community.
