I can be your facility, vendor, and attendee liaison. As such we communicate, or help you facilitate communication of all your requirements for catering, beverage service, and room setup, including specific seating arrangements, equipment needs, and timings for every meal break and session. This coordination can also include managing any vendor services you have chosen. Our goal is to take care of the details, so you can focus on your program and participants.

During the event, we act as the central troubleshooter and communicator, addressing any operational issues – from temperature control to unexpected AV failures, addressing attendee concerns or needs, and assisting you with time schedules or program as needed.
