The PATH Retreat: Sept 25-27, 2026

Planning Ahead To Help
Are you helping your elders with more and more responsibilities, already caring for them, or simply know that this stage is coming for yourself or a loved one? Most of us think we have time to figure it all out—but time flies.
The PATH Retreat is designed for you, your spouse, your siblings, your adult children, or your parents (who are cognitively still functioning). Don’t navigate these challenges alone!

Why Attend PATH?
This immersive weekend retreat brings together expert guidance, practical tools, and a supportive community so you can:
- Gain clarity on estate planning, finances, and long-term care
- Learn how to care for yourself while caregiving for others
- Prepare your family for future challenges with confidence
- Connect with like-minded adults navigating the same journey
You will leave the retreat feeling empowered, informed, and ready to take meaningful action.
Who Should Attend?
- Adult children planning for aging parents
- Spouses managing care decisions
- Individuals preparing for their own next chapter
- Families wanting to create clear, actionable plans together
What to Expect at the Retreat
You will want to plan to arrive at Green Mountain Retreat between 5:00 – 6:00pm on Friday, where you will be warmly greeted, provided with a welcome packet, and guided to settle into your room.
You will be staying in Pueblo Lodge, which features charming, historical architecture and is located adjacent to our main meeting space. You may choose to have a private or shared room. All attendees will share conveniently located dormitory-style bathrooms.
We’ll then gather at 6:15 for dinner in Cafe De Flore, the on-site restaurant/dining hall. You’ll enjoy delicious, fresh, healthy and nutritious food in a buffet setting. The kitchen staff is well-versed in special dietary needs and allergy restrictions, so be sure to let us know of your dietary needs when filling out your registration form.
We’ll then transition to The Performance Hall, which is where we will gather together for the weekend. All sessions, morning and evening events, and the Saturday Resource Fair will take place in this space.
Saturday will begin with options for moving your body. You may choose to try out Gyrokinesis with Sharron Barth, or join a walk with one of our team members, or other options. Then we will spend the day learning from our knowledgeable Presenters, gathering in small groups, enjoying meals together, exploring options at the Resource Fair, and conclude the day with our evening program which includes a sound bowl experience with Kiana Siino.
Sunday starts off with more movement options and breakfast. We will have another learning session, followed by a Q&A panel. Our closing circle will conclude the weekend, and we will all depart at noon. You will leave with the knowledge and resources to confidently create your PATH forward.
I acknowledge you for taking the time to Plan Ahead To Help yourself and those you care about.
